Hey! I'm Kirby.
I help former athletes and high performers navigate major transitions with clarity and a plan.

From the pitch to the pivot.
My soccer career took off at Stanford, where I captained the team to a Final Four for only the second time in team history. After college, I was drafted into the Women's Professional Soccer League and scored the first goal ever in league history. I was selected for the All-Star league.
I poured everything I had into the game. And then, one day, a knee injury ended it. Just like that. For two years I tried to scratch and claw my way back on the pitch. But my right knee wasn't having it. And that was it. The career I'd built my identity around was over before I'd planned for what came next.
That's the part nobody trains you for. One day you have a clear playbook - practice, perform, repeat. The next, you're staring at a blank page wondering what you're actually good at outside the lines.
Some transitions choose you. Others, you choose. Both need a game plan.
I had the questions every athlete (and honestly, every person mid-pivot) asks: What am I good at off the field? How do I make a living? Will I ever find something that lights me up the way the game did?
I wanted a coach, someone who'd been through it, to help me build the next game plan. So I went and became one.
That's what brings us here.
Today I work with former athletes and high performers navigating their own major transitions - career pivots, new ventures, or the season after the one that defined them. The principles travel: clarity, structure, and a real plan you can execute.
You can build a career - and a life - you love just as much as the one you're leaving behind. Often more. You can find success, passion, and purpose.
The work itself isn't the hard part; we know how to work. The hard part is knowing what you're working toward, and why. That's the playbook we build together.
Ready to own your next season? Let's talk.
